EXTRA! EXTRA!

You have to have Date night! Even if you are bringing along your 5 month old  lol. :) We did our bedtime routine and put him to bed in the uppababy bassinet stroller :)


And I got a comfortalbe outfit at Francesca's closet. 

Uppa Baby Vista Stroller! We love it. 
What I don't like is the peg prego car seat that we got to snap into it. It's really heavy even without baby.

My husband (Jason) 24 day challenge.

The begining of our Advocare venture... My husband wanted to get healthy and stronger while I was pregnant. He knew how important it was to get back into shape and be heatlhy for our new baby boy.
And he inspired me to do the same after I had the baby.

 24 day Challenge one month after having a Baby. 
Started at 149lbs ughhhhhh......  24th day 140lbs. Continuing towards my goal.
- 140lbs 14 total inches lost.

I eat 6 meals a day and workout when I can.

My challenge has helped me with increased energy and strength. I do notice I focus better and I am more determined than ever to reach goals that I have . The motivation Is crazy!!  I feel the products are also helping me stay consistent in what I eat and put in my body. I am currently on my second cleanse after 90 days from the first one and the results are incredible!

One year later. Inches lost  and lbs. 
Right now weighing at 132lbs :) - And continuing to work on more toning.

After I did the 24 day challenge I was consistent in taking product.

I am Not  consistent in my work outs :(.  I'm working on my time and trying to make it a priority. Even if it's having to take off work to do it sometimes. I'm getting 2 days a week in right now. And starting to work out  on Saturdays now to make it a third day. I do boot camps working on arms, legs, chest. my hardest area is abs!!! I had a c-section one year ago. You would think it would be easy by now. But it's not. I have no muscle in this area. And for me personally its my challenge area among others.. But continuing to take products has helped me tremendously with my eating, energy and weight loss . If I run out of MNS I stick with the spark and Catalyst and  eat more healthier .
